QXTN typically handles network monitoring and performance tracking, security management including firewalls and intrusion detection, patch management and updates, backup and disaster recovery, and troubleshooting/support. Where called for, we can also manage user accounts, permissions, and device configurations.

The relationship is governed by Service Level Agreements that define response times, uptime guarantees, maintenance windows, and escalation procedures. These set clear expectations for both parties. Of course, good network management includes maintaining network diagrams, configuration documentation, incident reports, and regular performance reports.
